Accommodation for your language course in Münster
For the duration of the language course, you can book a room with breakfast or half board through KAPITO.
Or you can rent a room without meals and share the kitchen with your hosts.
You can also book a flat or a KAPITO studio, in which case you have your own bathroom and cooking facilities.
All accommodations are single rooms.
Most of the rooms are in the center of town.
The rooms that are further away can easily be reached by bus or e-scooter or bicycle. The most popular option, however, is the bicycle! They can be rented in Münster very inexpensively on a monthly basis (Swapfiets). Our office will be happy to help you with any questions you may have about means of transport.
The maximum distance between the accommodation and the school is 8 km.
Rooms are only available for the period of the course (from Sunday to Saturday). Any other times must be agreed on in advance with KAPITO. If you wish to stay in a hotel, we will be happy to send you a list of recommendations.

Living independently in our KAPITO Studio
Our fully furnished studios are located in a modern apartment building (new construction from 2023) in a central location on Germania Campus, a newly designed, lively neighbourhood with numerous shopping and entertainment options. A gym, hairdresser, doctors and pharmacies are also within walking distance. The studio is approx. 3 km from KAPITO and can be reached easily by bus.
The studio measures approx. 21 square metres and consists of a large room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower/WC. The furniture is in light wood and the kitchen in grey and there is a living room corner with a large window and a TV. The studio can have a small balcony or a small terrace.
The studio has its own internet connection with Wi-Fi, please pay attention to the regulations for internet use in Germany.
The 4-week all-inclusive rent starts at €850 including all utilities and additional costs such as electricity, heating, TV, internet, radio licence fees etc.. The rent may vary depending on the size and location of the studio.
The move-in date is usually the Sunday before the start of your language course and the move-out date is the Saturday after the end of the course.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, pillows and blankets are included. There is a laundry and drying room on campus (for a fee).
